To get the most out of this coaching program, you need to be very specific about what area of your life you would like to improve or change.
We call this your focus area.
It might be to: invent a new career; take your business to the next level; build a stronger relationship with someone; unleash your creativity; recover from a setback; deal with a mental health issue; or change the way you respond to a partner or colleague.
During your nine-week coaching program, the challenges you design will be targeted at producing change in this area.
If you have several areas you want to change, pick the most pressing to focus on. The skills you learn can then be applied to the other areas.

Each coaching session will take about 30-50 minutes – occasionally longer if you want to spend more time reflecting.
If you are really serious about stretching your wings, we think it is important to reserve a time slot each week for your coaching session and to guard it jealously. If you have to change the time, that is OK but reserving the time slot in your diary demonstrates that you are 100% committed. (At the end of each coaching session you will have the opportunity to change your appointment for the following week.)
